James Rella has more than 15 years’ experience working in small business and corporate environments. He specializes in managing operations, creating economic efficiencies in workflow, and tracking results to optimize return on investment for our clients. James has an outstanding work ethic, once having quickly risen to regional manager at a company shortly after joining the firm as a trainee.
He was handed total responsibility for hiring, training and development, customer service and retention, employee development and retention, and financial management. James’s client-focused, consultive approach adds great value to QDC and to our clients by closely studying each business, and then recommending solutions designed to improve the client’s management of people and processes.
